Amber Cartwright

Amber is a Director at Ansell Strategic.

Amber has broad experience in the aged care and retirement living sectors which started when she was a direct home care worker.

She has facilitated numerous local and international organisation reviews which range from diagnostic, governance, systems and process reviews. These reviews have delivered pragmatic recommendations and solutions for operators.

As a Chartered Accountant, Amber has been responsible for the financial analysis and benchmarking of many aged care and community service providers across Australia and New Zealand. She has also undertaken market feasibility analysis, service model development and financial modelling for potential residential aged care and retirement living developments.

Amber has been instrumental in piloting several research projects in collaboration with peak Australian and New Zealand aged care industry bodies which have been aimed at improving the lives of older people.

She has also assisted with various mergers and acquisitions over the past 6 years.
