Joshua is a Senior Financial Analyst at Ansell Strategic. He has extensive experience in financial modelling, business valuations, and merger & acquisition (M&A) advisory on both the buy-side and sell-side.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting and finance, and honours in Finance from the University of Melbourne and was the recipient of the 2020 University of Melbourne Finance Honours Medal. He is also a provisional member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.

Prior to working in the aged care sector, Joshua worked in Corporate Finance advisory where he assisted in the full transactional process from assisting in the preparation of information memoranda to the performance of financial due diligence and contract negotiation. His experience with financial modelling and valuation includes using a range of methodologies and techniques to best suit client needs, and he has been involved in research on the latest developments and practices within the business valuation space.

Joshua’s experience covers a broad range of industries and clients ranging from family run businesses to multi-national corporations. He additionally has experience in audit and advisory for a public practice accounting firm where he was involved in the audits of both private and publicly listed companies.

Joshua has developed a keen interest in the aged care sector and is passionate about using his skills and experience to improve the experience and outcomes of elderly Australians.
