Rosie is a Manager at Ansell Strategic and is located at our New Zealand office in Christchurch.​

She brings a diverse skillset and range of experience within the New Zealand and Australian aged care sectors. Rosie has previously worked in a variety of roles within nursing homes and retirement villages in New Zealand including the development of marketing and sales strategies and hospitality service delivery initiatives. ​

Rosie has undertaken a large number of capital development projects for new aged care services through comprehensive research and analysis of market and competitor factors. ​

She has been involved in a number of strategic opportunity assessments and the development of organisational strategic plans for various organisations, including indigenous corporations, specialist seniors’ housing groups, aged care and retirement living providers. This has included collating and analysing quantitative and qualitative data factors, undertaking strategic assessments of service lines within organisations and developing practical recommendations and initiatives for aged care and retirement living organisations. ​

She also has experience with a number of aged care and retirement living transaction projects that have taken place recently across Australia. This has involved the preparation of information memorandum documents, sell side due diligence and transition assistance. ​

Taking a keen interest on the future outlook of aged care and seniors living across Australia and New Zealand and leveraging her practical experience within the industry, Rosie brings an innovative and pragmatic approach to address her client’s objectives.​
